I have always believed in the power of dressing up. Beautiful clothes, nice shoes. Hair and makeup done tastefully. They all make you feel good from the inside.

What many of us forget is that dressing up and taking pride in our appearance is a way of loving ourselves. It’s not about vanity or being a narcissist. It’s about taking care of yourself from the outside in.

The thing is, dressing up is such an easy way of showing ourselves some love. And it’s something we should be doing on an everyday basis.
